Fashion Spot forum members were shocked and saddened by the news today that Francesco Cominelli, an editor for Vogue Hommes International was found dead in his Paris apartment. No other details surrounding the circumstances of his death have been made public. The young and talented editor was a regular feature on Jak & Jil’s street style blog, where many were impressed and inspired by his unique personal style.
Upon hearing the news, LabelWhore4 posted, “Oh my gosh this is so sad. He indeed had amazing personal style and always looked happy in his street style photos. This man visually convinced me to experiment with envelope clutches and large bags. His layering techniques were exceptional as well. His looks were always interesting yet functional. But I also have to remember that under the clothes he was a man with family and friends who loved him. So tragic.”
MulletProof wrote, “Unbelievable… he was so young and always emitted such enthusiasm for the industry he was working in. Very sad.”
Our hearts go out to Cominelli’s family and friends. He will certainly be missed. May he rest in peace.
