We’re all aware of the fact that Gisele Bündchen can photograph like a dream. So, why is it that photographers and stylists insist on giving us practically the same photo over and over? Gisele stars on ELLE Brazil’s November cover, giving us the impression the cover image has been reprinted from last year (albeit the supermodel still looks like her usual gorgeous self). Photographed by Nino Munoz, the current face of Chanel’s No. 5 fragrance wears a bright yellow ensemble from Colcci with the magazine’s fonts complementing the outfit. Impressed?
Members of our forums think the cover leaves a lot to be desired. “Nice summer cover but imo this looks too much like her World Cup shoot with Matt Jones,” complained an unimpressed kokobombon.
“I agree, I thought it was a picture from that editorial, still being reprinted,” replied KateTheGreatest, agreeing the shoot looks dated.
“All of Gisele’s photos look the same to me. It’s good, but nothing we haven’t seen multiple times already from her,” shared justaguy.
Also not feeling Brazilian ELLE‘s latest offering was Benn98: “Crikey!! This is probably her most cheesiest and generic Gisele shoot ever! Tacky colors and OTT poses galore.”
Do magazines need to give us a break from Gisele looking the same? Is she in need of a new hairstyle? Take a peek inside the thread at the cover story and share your own opinion here.
