Last weekend, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finally tied the knot at Château Miraval in Correns, France and of course, the question on everyone’s mind was “What did Angelina wear for her big day?”
More than a week after the nuptials, we finally have more details on the ceremony. According to People, the bride donned an Atelier Versace gown and had head tailor Luigi Massi embroider pictures drawn by the couple’s kids into the back part of the dress as well as on the veil.
Over the years, we’ve seen Angelina frequently turn up on red carpets in Versace pieces, so it is fitting that she chose the label that has made her look fantastic all these years to recreate some of the magic for her wedding day. “Luigi is like family to me and I couldn’t imagine anyone else making this dress. He knows and cares for the children and it was great fun putting it together,” she told People.
What a cute and creative way to incorporate her kids into her wedding!
