The GQ Australia Men of the Year awards 2014 hit Sydney’s The Ivy last night, to celebrate the empowering and inspiring chaps of this world. The hunky Dave Franco took home the men’s magazine’s International Man of the Year Award, while the ladies amped up the sex appeal, with a mix of masculine flair, for GQ’s brown carpet. Scroll through below to see our favourite looks from the night, baby bumps included.

Lindy Klim nailed androgyny is this sophisticated black-and-white ensemble by Strateas.Carlucci. The fashion blogger went for a classic and tailored look, with a black sleeveless collared blouse tucked into a pair of seriously cool trousers complete with a skirt overlay to the back. Lindy finished off the outfit with a pair of suave black pointed-toe heels, minimal jewellery and a sideswept hairdo.

Nicole Trunfio

Model Nicole Trunfio was quite literally glowing as she showed off her baby bump in a black skin-tight Gucci gown. She teamed the piece with gold-strappy Christian Louboutin heels, a studded rectangle clutch and Bulgari jewels.

Rachael Finch brought some colour to the party with this silky royal-blue suit by Farage. The model figured a shirt underneath was unnecessary, making the look more sexy than masculine. She accessorised with classy two-strap heels and a crystal clutch by Izoa, and slicked back her hair to polish off the look.

Nicole Pollard

Nicole Pollard almost looked a little bit cutesy in her sleeved mini dress with an embellished bodice and black contrasting piping, but gave us a dose of woman-in-charge sex appeal with shiny knee-high boots and edgy bangs.

Cheyenne Tozzi

Sexy by nature, Cheyenne Tozzi could afford to wear a feminine boho-luxe gown and still look incredibly hot. We think it was the one-shouldered neckline, bronzed makeup and tousled waves that kept her allure in check.
