While there has been endless hype over avocado toast, why not go for something more unique and try your hand at incorporating the nutrient-dense fruit via one of these sweet avocado-infused recipes?
Tiye Massey, Organic Avenue Wellness Concierge
“I love this key lime pie because it is easy to make, but impressive enough for a dinner party. This pie is delicious and rich thanks to healthy fats from avocados as well as almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut oil. It’s 100 percent raw vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free, making it an easy-to-digest and guilt-free sweet treat.”
