Cassey Ho is not only the founder of Blogilates, the largest female fitness channel on YouTube with over 2 million subscribers, but she’s an entrepreneur with her own line of apparel, accessories and DVDs, and the author of the forthcoming book, Hot Body Year Round. We caught up with the renowned fitness instructor to ask her our quickfire questions.

  2. When I’m planning out a video I always… tweet my POPsters to see what workout they want next!
  3. A favorite track from my current workout playlist is… I Really Like You” by Carly Rae Jepsen.
  4. My workout beauty essentials include… my Detox Bottle.
  5. I never work out without my… headphones.
  6. You’d never catch me wearing… socks higher than my ankles.
  7. The most treasured item in my closet is… my NYE dress from Jovani. It is complete sparkles!
  8. I fuel my workouts with… banana pancakes.
  9. Post workout it’s important to… make myself a post-workout smoothie.
  10. I think the key to my success has been… following my passion. 
  11. When I’m not working out, I love to wear… super girly matching crop top/skirt sets from my fave Australian brands.
  12. The most challenging part about writing my book… was getting myself to sit down and focus!

  14. My guilty food pleasure is… a slice of moist red velvet cake.
  15. On a typical Saturday night I’m… working. Haha.
